It's been a nightmare since the owner change in this apartment. The new management has been nothing but rude and unreliable. They are more concentrated in ripping people off with money than imrpoving the apartment condition. They are at crazy rage for kicking all the old tenants out for new tenants who will pay more. The management staff is hardly in the office either and nowhere to be found. Very unresponsive to any and all your calls to the office. If you want to live in a place with no management with high rent, this is the place to be.

Wonderful building and location - lousy management. Owner of building has brochures in lobby for questions and comments but never respond if you leave feedback. Would love to hear from the owner and not management, because management doesn't have a clue.
