The property management company sucks and the manager is totally immature and is always so elusive in answering maintenance questions or other issues dealing with the building...Oh, did I mention that 1 of the two elevators has been broken for 1 YEAR'
The only reason I am recommending this is because of the location and Hancock Park has a lot to offer...the previous property manager, Betsy, was fantastic, but this new guy leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to professionalism.
