Don't trust any apartment manager anywhere. I love this place but check the apartment you want thouroughly!!!!. My apartment had a leaky roof, which was later fixed. The bathtub needed to be reglazed. I offered to do it myself but was declined and told that it would not be done until code inspectors showed up that same week. Then mysteriously it was agreed that my bath tub should be reglazed.
Rent may start off low but with an allowable 4% increase, it will go up!!!
