You get a big apartment for the money but the building doesn't offer much. This building is made or broke by who your neighbors are and where your unit is. Night club just south of the building makes a lot of loud noise and bass at night if your facing that side. Management is weak overall. Area just to south is really shady. With all that said they have apartments with views of the Hollywood sign and city for cheap so if your really on a budget you can sacrifice some of the other things for a better place. I would only suggest doing short term leases in case your neighbors are a pain.
