Things here are so bad that people are leaving without notice. There have been many notice sent out to people who have already moved out. The management won't notice unit when it comes to rent date. I have seen a lot of notices and court papers taped to their doors summoning them to court. I have never witnessed so many people leaving at the same time. When they leave, its seems they are all over joyed. That place is not fit for humans to live maybe for business. You can hear every little bit of noise. If you live under someone it sounds like a thunder rumbling across your ceiling. THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP repeated until they fall asleep. There is no solution for this. Either you move to higher floor with one above you or deal with it as the management suggest. Talk about some of the tenants. Loudest. I heard that the Brownstein building is loud throughout the day. Few group of people live there producing music. Image what that’s like.
Our neighborhood community is something else. Within couple of blocks surrounding we have the midnight mission (homeless people hangout), fire station (busiest in the nation. all hours of night), A huge drug dealings going on around the corner, prostitution, transsexual prostitute up two blocks, Rite Aid underneath our unit which supplies all the drug needed for the homeless, The homeless will haggle you for money so they can buy drugs. The largest I mean the largest number of sexual predators live only one and half blocks away from here (Do your research and you will be shock). One person was attacked in this building from someone on the street, every once in awhile you hear gun shot in the far distance. A drug deal gone bad probably, prostitute living inside of broken down cars in the Joe's parking lot which is our parking lot. It goes on and on and on and on........
That's just around the area. What goes on inside is little bit more complex. let's put it more simpler. Major lies within. In order to bring people here to live they have to lie beyond lies. Its really sick what’s going on there. Its all too true what people have said about this place. The owners don’t care about you only your signed lease.
