A complete nightmare.
Sure every place has some issues.
Santee Court Lofts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So much Lies and deception towards current tenants. First you will be fed with bunch of bullsh_t before signing the lease. Once you sign that lease. Hmmmmmm things change.
The owner of this place is something else. They will and have twisted lease agreement that you signed by their mighty powerful lawyers. Read all info on your lease agreement before you sign and have your lawyers go over it with you. Be excepted to sign a book.
Total lies. Can you believe that they are taking away tenants garage space' Their excuses is that some of the space is needed for massive condos that are uprising next to us. So most of the underground parking is now taken by the condo owners even though you were assigned to a underground parking space. They will change things overnight.
There are much more deeper things going on in this place. This space is not the only place that people are talking about Santee Court. You should check out some of the forum on the internet. Horrific stories. Many peoples lives have been impacted in a negative way.
