I have lived at Santee for the past two years. Yes, there has been change in management but, It has been for the best. Andrew and Jacob really are the best. I think they are the team to make this a better place.
Yes, there is noise but its Downtown, hello' If you want perfect grounds and a crime free area move back to Moreno Valley!!! I read a the complaints on this site and can say I CANNOT relate.

Yes, but why not mention the elevators being stuck and people inside at 4 A.M., for more than 3 hours? Not a person around to help. Great security, not to mention, eqiupment standards.
