I have been living here for over two years now and it's been great! The friendships that I have made at Santee Court are a big part of my support network - they are my family, inclduing the management team. Everyone is social, approchable and down to earth. The location is convenient, near all major freeways, shopping malls, Santee Alley, USC/CSULA and more. But what I like the most about Santee Court is the feel of living in a community within a city that has once been abandoned and ignored but is now in the height of its rejuvination. And in it's process, everyone counts; the homeless on the corner, the art student crossing the street, the doctor comming home from work, and the waiter getting of his shift. Living at Santee Court has has given me a chance to truly experience life in a diverisfied urban living enviroment and love it. My sister loved it to so she decided to move in in 2007. What can I say, its a great place to live.

Don't forget the old man who got shot just one block away during robbery. It was reported in the LA Times. Don't forget LAPD blocked off 4 blocks to search for a gun one block away at the flower market.
Don't forget that the LAPD is always circling around with their spot light searching for big rats around Santee. They sometimes shine the lights down on you.
