You Tell Me After I Explain Few Things

If you don't mind these issues then you are fine:
1. Walk out the door and the streets are covered with dog crap, human crap right next to the building which by the smells really bad.
2. Homeless screaming and fighting at all night. They like to hang out at the Rite Aid. I feel sorry for them although. Why can't we do something about this issue.
3. Fire trucks and police vehicles screaming their blow horns all throughout the night. It gets really bad during the summers.
4. Police raids all through the nights catching drug dealers.
5. Prostitutes.
6. Sketchy people living in the building.
7. Section 8 housing.
9. When the garbage trucks come in the morning. They leave a huge smelly mess.
10. Rats the size of a small cat.
11. Drummers and other musicians thinks this place is for rehearsal.
12. Pool being shared with over 1500 plus people when all units are built.
13. Parking is one and half block away. Which by the way you need to zig zag through skid row area.
14. Lock yourself in after 6pm. The atmosphere changes for the worst.

If You don't mind all these issues. Then you should have no problems.

This is really over blown. This is more a description of the area in 2005. 50 more LAPD officers in the 90014 area has made a major impact on crime. Check out the crime stats on LAPD's web site. Some folks just don't belong in the big city with all those big buildings and city slickers. Perhaps Iowa with all those Madison County bridges would be more to your liking.
