I am disgusted that it is now 10:20 an we are still with no water! Why not do the maintenance during the day when less residents are home?! To have us unable to shower, wash dishes, cook and for the love of god, just being able to use the bathroom. Do you not have the basic concepts of what people do when they get home or are you just ignorant? I cannot believe that I pay so much rent for this place and yet get treated as I do with these circumstances by management run like a slumlord. After this I would not recommend anyone, regardless of $500 or $1000 bribe. how dare you do this. Why live here if they do not even provide the building with water!

As a Santee Court resident myself, I too was affected by having no water on this particular evening. However, I was thrilled that the management worked after hours to fix a serious plumbing problem. Inconvenient? Yes. Ignorant? Not at all.
Outside of this instance I find that regular maintenance wherein power/water is turned off is performed during regular business hours, and tenants are usually given 24-48 hours notice.
