The management is really useless here, their working hours are inconvenient if you have a job, they are very un-cooperative and sometimes i'm not sure if they know they are dealing with actual people or realize that a big part of their job is providing a SERVICE.

I didn't have to deal with them a whole lot over the time i was here, but whenever I did it was just a mind-numbing experience because they seem to have absolutely no common sense and most of the time just blink and stare until you leave (after you realize that you are wasting your time). Those experiences alone made me really not like this place even if the amenities are okay, even though the gym got worse with time(i don't think the condo board exercises much, so they must not care for maintaining the standards in that room) and there is never paper in the computer room and often not even ink even though those are supposed to be provided.
Apart from the management, people in the building often let their pets do their business in the common circulation areas and don't come back to clean up (there is repeatedly someone letting their dog pee in the stairwell, which is NOT ventilated and it's really gross and smells awful for days after...however the management never even put up a sign, though they put hundreds of useless signs everywhere else...they must never use stairs in their building (in fact, i don't think they ever leave their office area)

Very tacky looking building complex, but that's a matter of taste i guess...
Would never come back here again, i will look for a place that is better run by understanding and helpful staff (the security has so much attitude sometimes, i feel like i'm an intruder!) and the kind of management that actually values their work and how they are seen by the tenants (and yes, i mean those who rent, i think they don't like renters here...)

save yourself some trouble, don't rent here... maybe if you buy a condo here and actually live in it they will be nicer' maybe' i dont know... this place left a bad
