I moved here at the end of September and I'm just loving it!
My apartment is spacious and has a great walking closet and lots of other storage spaces.The building has a small gym,a sauna and in the courtyard a large swimming pool and a hot tub.Everything is clean and I see the maintanance guys working every day in the courtyard and outside the building.It's amazing how this place is so quiet even though it's so big!!!I never hear my neighbours and there are no late night crazy screaming people(my old place had plenty..)
The on site manager Bonnie is just adorable,she really makes sure everything works fine and if you have any problem she will take care of it immediately.
The building is literally one step away from Runyon Canyon and the neighborhood is just lovely.
I recommend this place to everyone!!!

This is obviously written by management, because this was the NOISIEST building I have lived in!! The manager never took my complaints seriously about the noise at 3am and just told me constantly tomake a police report!! I moved!
