You can't get any better in this neighborhood for the price.

The units are comparably large with lots of cabinet and closet space. Very nice tile work in the bathrooms and kitchens. Excellent views from the upper floors and close to shopping, metro and eating. Friendly and mostly quite neighbors.

The manager, Gilbert is easy to reach and friendly, and he keeps the building well-maintained and safe -- not easy with a building from that era!

The biggest drawback is a tight parking garage, and limited street spaces in the surrounding blocks.
