I'm warning any renters who may be interested in this apartment building to keep on looking! When I moved into here 2yrs ago the management was friendly, organized and professional.
The new management that started here in January is the exact opposite. And now they've decided to paint the building from a beautiful terracotta color to a hideous blue, olive green. They've dug out plants on the ground floor and the construction is loud and starts early in the morning. The parking gate breaks often and takes a long time to be fixed.
Security doesn't come in until 8pm so if someone parks in your spot, like it happened to me the other day, you have nowhere to park for hours. You barely see the security guards walking around anymore either.
We're planning to move out at the end of our lease this year. That about sums it up.
