I live at Serravella, and yes there may be some problems with the staff, but compared to the previous management this one is much better. People need to give them a chance to prove themselves that they can make a difference. An you know what people expect the building to be safe!! Well we are in Hollywood aren't we'' You can find prostitutes and drug dealers on Sunset and all kinds of crime, so if you don;t like it, then move to kansas.

Yes, you CAN find hookers and dealers in this neighborhood -- especially if you move about 5 blocks to the east down Hollywood Blvd. But at those seedy flophouses next to the Itchy Kitty strip bar, you're also not paying $1999 for a one bedroom. These apartments with GOOD security and responsible, considerate, and INTELLIGENT management, MIGHT be worth $1,400 at best. Unfortunately, the management is rude and stupid, and the apartment complex is always in chaos. Just not worth the money or the aggravation.
