If you have bad credit or need a place in a hurry, this is the best place to go. Unfortunately, some of your neighbors are real wierdos. At the same time there are some really cool people here to. The rent is a little high for the space but the deposit is pretty low. The location is awesome. Crawling distance from lots of clubs and bars. There is a Mayfair Market around the corner, bus stops a block away, and right off the freeway. And I mean right off the freeway! Sometimes my door shakes when a big truck goes by. The pool is awesome. Very decorative and clean. The maintanence staff is very friendly and easy to get a hold of. The hallways look like the hallway in a jailhouse. There is a security on bike that patrols the Scientology building across the street. They can be there in seconds if they hear commotion. Too bad my bike couldn't scream though. It got stolen from the front of the building.
