Wonderful Manager!

Sierra House is a nice enough place(we heard storys about past problems and old managment) but the manager now, JJ is great!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful when we moved in. JJ always greets you with a "HI there,how are you'" and a smile. We had a few maintenance problems when we moved in but when the maintenance person did not show up, JJ did the work herself! Amazing! She also handles any complaints promptly. JJ will go out of her way to make sure you feel like a respected, valued tenant. I have lived in other places and I have never been happier with a manager. When we have spoke to other tenants they say the owners finally got it right! A good manager can make the differance between staying and going. We'll stay!
