I've been here for a while and now I am noticing some improvements. Has anyone noticed the elevators, garage lighting and common area doors'

I have noticed. And I thank the NEW management team for acting on these things. Despite all the problems metioned by the reviewers, I must say that I have lived there for 3 years and have not had any problems. I do hope for improved security in the garage (at least the gate should always close) and new carpeting in the hallways. It's getting kinda dirty.

I have noticed nothing. I still get the same treatment. My home still has water damage from the rains, no one has come to look at it. Everytime I try to place a work order, nothing gets fixed. The NEW management is no better than the last. Different people, same crappy service.
