If you are damn serious to move in this apartment, my recommendation is that Do Not Move in this apartment.
here are some reasons.
he think of himself as so righteous he treat tenants as his employee. no respect at all. bottom line is that we are here by paying over $1000 per month we deserve to sustain out tenants right. I am going to file a claim to Los Angeles Department of Housing Department about his lacking professionalism.
he is very rude and sarcastic. I want to move out and I was checking other apartments and came cross to this site. i love this site and I did not know this site before I moved in here, that was my biggest mistake I ever had.

If you see error(s) in your bills and mechanical problem(s) in your room,
chances to get fix without listening his sarcastic voice and in timely manner(2-3 business day) are ,---well let me rethink again for making sure that I do not miss anything ......well ok I am done ---, zero 0. some of you do not understand me,..
I said again it is zero 0.
I am not one who just happened to get bad luck with him, i am just one of many tenants share this belief and feelings about him.

It is interesting that the ones who do not pay their rent on time complain the most. I am not the manager, I am a resident and I have a feeling I know who some of these folks are.

i pay my rent ontime and have for the last 7 years and still love the place, the mgmt-esp. richard, and the area. if your looking for a nice apartment, it would do to come and check them out.

it is a horrible place... and I paid my rent on time. Funny how a "resident" seems to know everyone's rent situation :)
