So...Diane I guess is the accountant or something in the leasing office. She is rude and has a horrible attitude. I can deal with Kevin , although he is jumpy. I also can deal with Richard BUT Diane, is a ----- she explains things terribly and then she gets upset and re explains in a manor that makes you feel stupid. I have hung up in her face out of sheer irritation over her and called back and she had the nerve to ask "Did you hang up on me'" What the hell is she going to do if I did'! Evict me' I'm never late on my rent I'm not loud and I don't ask them to do any maintenance or anything in my apartment. I cannot stand this woman am I the only one who feels this way'

Ive lived here for years and since diane started working here the office is more professional. My experience has always been great this is a nice and friendly place to live.

The management is good but I notice people that are rude and have an attitude when they don't get what they want say bad things about others. You need to get a life and try and be happy especially when life is so short; They can't please everyone.
