The building is disgusting and not well kept. The parking lots are overpacked, overparked, and as soon as you get a space they up the monthly rate, but what choice do you have, there's barely any safe street parking. The management is a joke, they're only good at collecting the rent. They shut off the water randomly, and do construction without warning, daring you to say anything or complain lest they find a reason to evict you. They do no return security deposits without a fight and raise the rent yearly much more than the 3% maximum saying that the buildings aren't "rent controlled."

I wouldn't live here a minute longer if you paid me too; do so at your own risk.

How do you feel about the area? Is it safe? Do you hear about break-ins in the surrounding apartments? I'm not moving to the apartment your talking about, but i was planning on moving on that street...
