I'm the author of this review for 1800 N. Normandie Ave. (formerly called Sterling Apartments) from 5/30/06. I'd like to offer an updated opinion of this rental property. The previous information is no longer accurate, as the situation here has changed drastically. A new manager named Davin was recently hired, and he's fantastic. Personable and on-the-ball, he's a pleasure to deal with, and communcation has improved tremendously. The rent is still increasing significantly, but the improvements currently underway justify the jump somewhat. At least now we know where things stand and have a manager who is helpful and accessible.
