This apartments are clean and well maintained, but they cost much more than what they are worth. They are very small, two people max. Even though living there is not bad, once you move out, you will feel how unjust the owners are. They will charge you for the cleaning, no matter how clean you leave the place (it's in the contract). However, 120 dollars for cleaning that place is as unreasonable as it gets! Also even though they said that the carpet was kept in great condition, they still went ahead and replaced it and charged us for it. Of course it is good for the new tenants to have everything new and clean, but if you are that new tenant, remember that one day you will also move out and they will have your deposit. The building has plumbing problems and there are some noisy neighbors, especially in the apartments where they have 3 guys living ( they shouldn't even allow 3 people to rent it). This year they had to actually have a sign-spinner stand in the corner and advertise their place, and that's after they lowered the price from 1550 to 1350 (monthly). I don't recommend renting these apartments.
