Minus 1) Construction from UCLA (Lot 31) graduate housing. Expected to finish 2004-2005' 2) Stack Parking (But is normal for this area) 3) Jean is an annoying assistant manager. 4) No waiting list for apt. First come first serve on a monthly basis.
