Nice apartments, but terrible management! From: mallrat24 Date posted: 6/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The top floor apartments are nice, but the view was ruined with the recent construction of UCLA housing to the south of the building. Although the managers live on-site, they refuse to help you after hours. If you have a problem after regular business hours, you are forced to call a hotline, at which you will speak to a very inept dispatcher who will not help you. I locked myself out of my apartment one night, and had the unfortunate experience of having to call this hotline. The dispatcher told me she had called a locksmith and that the locksmith would be there in 20 minutes--to make a long story short, the locksmith never showed up, so I was forced to call my own, and didn't get into my apartment until 5:30AM!!! Totally ridiculous when you consider that the managers live in the building!--What are they there for if they won't help' The pool and jacuuzi are off-limits after 10:00PM, and are not cleaned as often as they should be. And by the way, they raised my rent twice with a year!
