SUCKS From: info@strathmoreregencyapartments Date posted: 6/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This building sucks! Ongoing remodeling for more than 9months; never ending repairs, increasing noise level "f... you, this is my territory, you drug dealer", mail lost in trash and office, leeking sewage pipes in the parking spots (although just repaired), fire alarm in the middle of the nights, elevator broken, amenities close frequently or are over used, lights at side entrances are broken for more than 6 months, enjoy the BBQ and set yourself on fire, the drains are blocked again although sewage pipes were just flushed, and to top it all: increasing leases by more than 10% !!! In conclusion: Nice looks, but no character! The management is completely incabable of hitting deadlines, which are posted in the elevators. Check it out by yourself!!!
