The noisiest building in Hollywood. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The noisiest building in Hollywood. Also, quite dangerous. Cars are often broken into or outright stolen from the "secure" parking garage. The manager, Mike, evicts those who complain. Furthermore, excuses are made to keep security deposits even though an apartment is left in very good and clean condition. If you move out of town, you will certainly lose your security deposit.
