Great place for the price From: heslacker Date posted: 2/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   This is my first living place in Hollywood and I must say that it is a decent place to live. It is a great location. My friends can always find parking on the street. It is steps away from Runyon Canyon. The views from the roof are amazing. They've got a pool and a couple grills for impromptu fast burgers and a dip. The hot tub could be same temp as my bathtub sometimes (See what you can do Mike), but overall the management is reasonable and approachable. I'm gonna miss it when I leave. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
