Initially I thought living here would be great...It's in walking distance to all of the shops in Brentwood Village and close to the beach and freeway. I liked the neighbors and the grounds were nice. However...BE AWARE! The management is shady shady shady. If they deceide that they don't like you they won't return your phone calls. The complex apparently has pumbing problems (think sewage gurgleing up your sink) and rodents. And trust, if you tell the management they'll just shrug it off like it's your problem!!
