I am not sure how this lady got to be a manager of anything. The service I have received and manner in which she handles things is very unprofessional and sometimes very rude. I am definitely not the only tenant who experiences these problems with the manager. The doormen she hires are also very rude and speak english very poorly. The only good things about these apartments is the views, the floors, and the valet guys. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
