My wife and I have been a resident of The Talmadge for 16 years. We have gone through three owners and four resident managers. Camelia Sandoi is our fourth resident manager and without question has been remarkable.

Whoever Mr. or Ms. Anonymous are and wrote his/her review had to have gotten out of the wrong side of the bed EVERY DAY or are on drugs. By the way, Mr./Ms. Anonymous, you don't even know how to spell the manager's name correctly.

Ms. Sandoi and David Soufer's management company have been exemplary in every way.

The Talmadge is a best kept secret in Los Angeles. Anyone who ever lived on the east coast will find a bit of NYC or Chicago with spacious rooms, ceiling moldings (that are not even made any longer), old-world charm, working fireplaces, hardwood floors, pantries, walk-in closets, valet parking, and a well-groomed garden that can be reserved by tenants for private parties.

Since Camelia and Mr. Soufer took over management, immediate response to any problems in our unit have been taken care of immediately. Kudos to them both.

So, Mr./Ms. Anonymous, we hope you're living well where ever you are. We certainly are.

i couldn't agree more. i've been in the building now for three months and have nothing but positive things to say based on my experience. the talmadge is unlike any other building in los angeles.
