I have been living at the Talmadge for more than twenty years and I am not plannig to move out. I was very surprised when I read the review about our manager "Camille". By the way her name is Camelia and she is by far the best manager we have ever had. She is on top of everything and she hadles all the problems very professionally. I asked around my neighbors what do they think about our manager and I heard only good things, she takes care of our problems immediatelly and she is very kind and strict that in my opinion is in our benefit.
I'd like to tell few words to the one who wrote the review on 01/25/05 : "You are the only one that has a problem in your had or you are one of the bed tenants that doesn't like the building rules. Just move out and let us live peaceful at the Talmadge."
