A nightmare

Now called the Terraces at Sunset.
This used to be a great place to live until Stratus Management took control.
The apartments are tiny (there is no room for a table in the dining area and it is a struggle to get a queen-sized bed into the bedroom) and they want Westwood prices. The hallways are never swept, garbage piles up for days and the sidewalks outside are slippery with long dead leaves. The resident manager is incapable of getting anything done.
Maybe they should consider shooing all the junkies and crack whores from the back entrance before they ask $1800 for 1100 square feet' k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

This all may have been true in 2004, it's certainly not true in 2007 (well, except the part that some (only some) of the layouts aren't friendly to diningroom tables -- but that's nothing a little creative furniture arranging can't fix.
