Now called Terraces at Sunset. Stratus Real Estate managing it.
Toilet not working for FIVE weeks. Rent going up by $600.00 per month. Does one thing have anything to do with the other' Of course. Property manager will lie right to your face. If you want to pay $1700.00 per month and have NO MAINTENANCE done, ever, come on over, they've got lots of empty apartments for you here.
