I am a tenant here and I love this building. The manager told us about this website the other day and that nobody who lives here ever posts to it so here it goes! I have lived here for over 10 years. Our rents have not been raised in 4 years and the company that purchased the building almost 3 years ago has been efficient and fair. Whenever anything breaks in my unit, it is usually fixed the same day. We pay the cheapest rents in our neighborhood. There are several of us who have lived here for over 10 years who love the current manager and think she is great. She has brought a calm and peace to this building that we have never had before. She has always addressed my noise complaints and I am sensitive to noise and I have to say this building does not have any excessive noise beyond normal apartment living. I would be careful of postings from people who have a vendetta against the building and company overall for an eviction.

May I add that this building was taken over in 2005 by new owners and so alot of the postings from 2004 and 2005 are really old and are a reflection on when another company owned this property.
