I have lived at City Heights for about two years now. I moved in as a college student and am moving out as a professional.
I have found that this apartment complex has suited me throughout my entire transition from college to the professional pursuits of life.
About the complex. I do have to say that If you don't like bugs, you may need to harbor a bit of concern. I have had this problem, but it comes as a burden of living in a highly populated area of a city. If you are not a slob and end up cleaning your place, they WILL go away, serious.
About the management. The management staff has always been EXTREMELY professional and has always accomadated me, regardless of what happens. Particularly, Petra in the rental office, and Paul (my boy) of Security have been life savers and I will always consider them as some of the best people I have ever had the fortune of knowing. They are fair, kind, and take no crap from those that mistreat them. The management staff is CONSTANTLY improving the quality of the place and has spent the last four months painting, retrofitting, repairing, and cleaning. Additionally, the pool is cleaned VERY OFTEN, and mail is NEVER a problem.
About the people. This place is in the city people!! Many families here, very multicultural. Unless you are some kind of hateful freak, there is much to enjoy about all of the people at this facility, from the informative conversations with the old CH veterans to the young college students that are here as well. One can party and can be laid back here.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to live. It will make you appretiate how wonderful people can be, and was one of the best decisions I have ever made. -----USC IR GRAD

Wow.. the poster attempts to use coherent sentences to prove that he's a USC grad student... hahaha It's management... he couldn't even spell "appretiate" or avoid awkward sentence structuring like "About the complex. I do have to say that If you don't like bugs, you may need to harbor a bit of concern. I have had this problem, but it comes as a burden of living in a highly populated area of a city. If you are not a slob and end up cleaning your place, they WILL go away, serious".
SO OBVIOUSLY WRITTEN BY MANAGEMENT
