LIARS and SHADY and THEY STEAL from YOU From: audibleangel79 Date posted: 4/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 3 responses   READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING!!! I lived here for 6 months and I was out of here. These people hire druggies (one of the leasing agent, she knows who she is so I won't embarrass the speed addict by posting her name) and they also hire convicted felons for security guards. They don't properly do background checks. ALL their employees have access to their lockbox where all the tenants keys are. THEY HAVE STOLE FROM TENANTS MANY MANY TIMES. BEWARE. It's cheaper than most places because of the risk involved with living there. Let's not forget how many cars have been broken into. One girl gave a good rating because her car wasn't broken into. She probably drives a piece of crap car so or she probably works there. EVEN THE EMPLOYEES DON'T LIVE THERE!!!
