This place is a total joke, i was new to the city and the things they show you prior to your lease signing look like a dream come true. However once all the money has changed hands it's a completely different story.

1. Parking for guests is a joke, my friends won't come visit this place anymore, for a multitude of reasons, parking being a big one.

2. Bugs and roaches and stray cats everywhere! If you call maintenence they might spray within the week but the pests just keep coming back.

3. Overall workmanship is laughable. Running our dishwasher means water leeking all over the kitchen area and soaping up into the carpet. We had a pipe burst above us and upon calling maintenence day and night for 3 days they finally brought up some buckets and said "wait for it to dry out" Now there are unsightly lines from water staining that i'm sure (along with the carpet) will come out of our security deposite. The front desk personel is not any better.

4. Forget sleeping in or ever having a quiet night to yourself. From the unattended children running and screaming up and down the halls to the guy raking leaves off of concrete with a metal rake @ 6am to the supply company next door dropping metal all over the ground b4 the crack of dawn is terrible.

5. The general demonor of the residents here is unfriendly at best. If you've been out at a party or whatever and come back in @ 3am you can expect to find groups of teenagers sitting around smoking in the parking garages or next to the pools or pretty much anywhere you go. No-one holds elevators, picks up their own messes, throws out their trash properly or has even the slightest semblence of common curtosy. The walls are paper thin, and now that they want to raise rent rates they've trumped up noise complaints to get us evicted (my favorites were the one on st. patty's day when we were not home at any point that day, or the one that we apparently called on ourselves).

Live here if you feel like being abused and harassed, if you like the worst parking situation in the city, if you love the sound of little children screaming while being beaten with a belt, if you like tripping over randomn shopping carts that residents steal and leave in the hallways, if you like being shot the dirtiest glares for daring to ride the elevator with someone else (one that is painfully slow to mention), or you feel like your security is always in jeopardy.

It's almost a year later and things keep getting worse. The staff is as a rule, always rude and uninformed. The services are very poor at best and the evironment is overrun by outsiders due to NO security in the daytime and only one guard at night to protect management's interests.

I feel ya .... management is so shady and horrible That one "guard"... I've only seen him ONCE in the duration of my 6-month lease.
