I just came back home(7:00pm) and got this unbelievable notice from the office: Power will be shutting down from 8am - 8pm tomorrow. There was power shutdown few weeks ago for more than 12 hours without any notice. And now they notice us they will shutdown the power TOMORROW for 12 HOURS. Don't make any sense to me. How about my $300 food in refrig' I can't use computer for my work for whole entire day. Parking gates are always open during daytime. No electricity, no security, no customer service, cats making noise every night at patios, they don't even clean up the cat ---- on the floor. I think FPI got really serious problem. We are paying for nothing, but put our lives in danger living here. They should fire customer service manager and person who manage this community. Sure Customer service manager always run away from the problem or will again make any excuses. That's why they sent us this stupid notice so late so we can't even reach them at this time. I m going to complain to office again and again. And contact tenant and house department., or even sue them. I need all your residents help, too.

They have been sued. Go to the L.A. Superior court website and do a search for FPI management. Ppl who don't pay their rent should be sued so im looking at everything except for evictions/unlawful detainers/UDs. There is an interesting case about a leasing agent who claims to have been sexually assaulted right here in the leasing office by her boss, the head of this whole place. Horrible if it is true. I paid for the whole report initial complaint which was about $7. The way she was treated by her coworkers and the corporate office was a shame. She basically ended up kicked out of her apartment here and had to find work somewhere else. They basically didn't want to have anything to do with her after she called the police and opened her mouth about the harrassment. The guy admitted it. If you treat your own like crap, that is how I can expect you to treat me. The management don't protect eachother. They won't protect us. Many of the people in that report are no longer here. they seem to have a very high turnover in the short time they have been here. horrible case if true. it is a public record avilable for public reading like most public records. very sad. The thing Im most concerned about is that the building inspector is not issuing citations on this building's safety violations. This could be a very big problem for the city, the inspector, and the mgmnt if someone gets hurt over a problem the inspector listed as not a violation. What a dangerous and costly mistake. It must be nice to have friends in high places.
