worst experience ever! From: susakoh77@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   i was one of the first tenants there ever, living there from january 2006 until march 2006. i was lurked into moving in with promises of the "cool pool" a "restaurant" a "yoga studio" and whatever. it took me 4 weeks to realize that i was living on a total construction site, it turned out that the "managment team" (who seemed to have more interest in drinking and partying than managing...) only showed me the floor of the building that was finished, everything else was under construction, complete with the noise.... when i moved out, they never payed the security deposit back. i am happily in europe now, but planning that whenever i get back to la, and they still excist to claim my money back!!!!
