I cannot begin to tell you how awful the last few weeks have been here.

My apartment vibrates from the bass of the nightclub the Blue Velvet has turned into. I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown, I cannot stand to be home on weekends or weekday evenings because it's so loud I can't sleep or relax one bit. I am totally stressed out about this situation and feel like crying just thinking about it, I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do. The thought of being here another week depresses me but I know I have to give 30 days notice.

The pool is opened to anyone willing to pay a cover charge, thus making the building unsafe as anyone is allowed on the premises, there is no reason for a security guard. By the way, I just found my lease and apartment/amenities rules and the Flat management is breaking its own rules under the lease terms with what has been happening here with the Blue Velvet.

It's true about the water problems, I have taken many cold showers here. It's also true the parking is horrible, I have had to park on the street many times because the restaurant staff, their friends, etc park in the building. The management has the audacity to say this isn't true but it's obvious since a lot of spaces seem to open up at 2 am when their closing the restaurant and going home. Coincidence? I think not!

The owners of this place are only in it for the money, they advertise this as such a great place to live and from the outside it seems to be but once you're here, it's far from good.

Do yourself a favor and don't move here, you'll end up regretting it!
