Oh My God This Place Is Horrible.

I have been here 3 months, and still 3 months to go on the lease. Stay away! There are cockroaches in the laundry rooms. BIG ones, the sort you see in 3rd world countries. So big that they don't even run when you turn on the light, I have seen them just wandering around in the common areas. There is Dog Urine in the hallways as management just lets owners do what they want.

The parking structure is not attached to the building, but behind back. You have to walk through an alley to get to it. The alley is filled with dog feces from the other tenants pets. If you walk through the front of the building, you have to deal with the overwhelming stench of human urine, and the hordes of drug addicts either trying to buy some or sell some to you.

I have seen people wandering around the halls (people who are not tenants) sleeping in the common areas. Security at the front desk lets anyone in. As a result there are people just wandering around, "visiting their mom". Once, on a weekday (when most of us work), I came home from the office and there were these guys "visiting their mom", just drinking beer at 10AM on a tuesday, outside in the hallway, playing dice against the wall.

Security is creepy as they spend a lot of time looking at the girls on the security cameras positioned throughout the building -- especially the gym. If you doubt me just wander by the front desk and watch/listen to their conversations.

Make sure to be in before dark, because you take your chances otherwise.

After only 3 months, The paint is falling from the walls, the appliances are breaking, and there is that ungodly smell that emanates through the hallways and common areas. It's like someone smeared urine and greasy sweat all along the walls.

I strongly, strongly do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe clean environment to live in.

It is sad really, as this is a newly renovated building, but management is just letting it go to pot.

Just remember that you are paying absurd rent, because you are subsidizing the rest of the low income tenants who are shooting dice on a tuesday morning.

Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease.
