I am sitting here reading these reviews and I have to say that you all are exagerating! Yes, there is noise and yes there are some problems with the place but it is to be expected with a new building. I think that the manager is very nice and tries to be as helpful as she can. The fake one was the assistant manager that left and never once helped me get anything done. As a matter of fact she gave me my inspection form when I moved in, I gave it back to her, only to receive a letter stating that if I did not return the forms I'd have heck to pay.
Basically, if you are not use to living in an urban environment this is not the place for you. The building and the management do a good job. Try living at some of the other places around and you may come running back!
