I've lived here for nearly 5 months and I absolutely hate it. There is absolutely nothing good about this place. Management is two-face (especially the building manager). They will bend over backwards to get you into the building but will rude and obnoxious when you ask for assistance. The winter months were dreadful because the heater was not working and it took them 5 days before they could send a technician. Even then the heater really wasn't working.

You have to walk completely around the parking structure to get to your car which i found incredibly stupid. Last night, a crackhead was sleeping behind the back door. A bit of an inconvenience.

Allen, the night security guard is nice and helpful, but the rest are a bit creepy. The smell of weed seeps through the venilation so my bathrooms smell like someone just lit up.

There is dog crap all over the the place in the alley.. be very careful where you step and pray it doesn't rain because the smell can be god awful.
