Noisy Neighbors

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
No matter how many people have moved in and out, we've always had a problem with noisy neighbors. Living in a unit facing inside (towards other units) has proved to be more disruptive than living in one facing the street. Because it's L.A. people naturally will have their windows open, and even if your own windows are closed, the noise definitely carries. Some guys just moved in across the way, but they're so loud you'd think they were in our apartment. I don't know why, but apparently when they're not blasting their dance party mix, they love to have their astute ... profound conversations right by their open window. Philosphers they aren't. I could care less about their mothers or their girls.
