Total Disappointment

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
Lived here for a year from 2002 - 2003. Sketchy area. Management will charge for everything (they even tell you it will cost you $25 to get in if you get locked out of the main entrance. Management personell changes every month or so. Way overpriced considering the condition of apartment and amenities. Toilet always clogs. Water outage almost every week during two months because they were fixing some pipes. EXTREMELY loud building. They won't do anything if you complain about noise. The whole building was built the way you can hear a neighbor's tv even if it's 3 apartments away. Air conditioner is a joke. The maintenance guy knows about 2 words in english; if you want something fixed, he won't know what you want. You have to call the management and maybe they'll explain to him when they have the time. Also when you go to the office, you will wait for about 20 minutes before one of the managers stops chatting on the phone. Cockroaches will also appear every now and then. The only good thing about living here is a decent mexican food place 1 block away. Bottom line: avoid this place. Honestly. Even if it looks decent on the outside.
