I haved lived in this apartment for 2 years. There have been alot of improvements made to this property.



The only problem that I have seen, it the want-a-be rock stars & (I think my mom lives here so I don?t have to clean up in the common areas) that are young and want to party all the time do occasionally get loud. However, the onsite management corrects the problem immediately.



Obviously, the people with negative reviews, have credit problems, evicted or have been told that there lease will not be renewed.



Great Location: You live in the heart of Hollywood. Walking distance to Kodak Theatre, Mann?s Chinese/Egyptian Theatre?s, Wax Museum, Ripleys, Pantages/Ford Theatrea, small shops and eateries.

I lived in this apartment for 1.5 years, completed an entire 1 year lease and a subsequent 6 month lease (renewed- it was close to my work), never had credit or eviction problems, and I still would not recommend this place. Too noisy and overpriced, management is lazy.
