I have lived at the Wilcox Apartments for 3 years and I would not consider moving anyplace else. I have two small dogs and this is one of the few clean places I could find in Hollywood that would accept pets. What I really like about the building is that it is well managed. The Manager runs a tight ship, he will not tolerate tagging on the building or loud tenants. The last place I lived had people playing music until 4am and the Manager did noting about it. I pay my rent on time and I expect a quiet place to sleep and I get that at the Wilcox Apartments along with a clean building that is pet friendly. I have read other negative posts on this board and I recognize the former tenants as evictions. Such a shame that people who are legally "ask to leave" due such things...
