I have lived at The Wilcox Apts for 6 months and I'm renewing my lease next week. I have lived all around Hollywood and this is the only place I can find that is safe, well maintained and friendly. The cleaning lady is sweet, the maintenance staff is efficient and the manager is professional and takes care of issues immediately. Hollywood has really cleaned up it's act in the last few years and this building is a prime example of Hollywood at it's best! I love coming home and isn't that the way renting should be'
