I have lived at 1750 N. Wilcox Avenue for 5 years and I love it hear, I have a view of the Hollywood sign from my bedroom. I enjoy the area and being close by to everything.

View of the Hollywood sign? Unless they painted the sign on the building towering over you, that is a management created lie. You like being close to the crime, graffiti, drugs, gunfire, and the neighborhood stripper clothing stores. Sounds nice. I'm glad you 'love it HEAR'.
